We offer interior design services to a wide array of clients.
And most exciting of all, we have a team dedicated to remote furniture installations in some of the most beautiful locations in the world. Our latest adventure brought our team to Jamaica and the Turks and Caicos while working on simultaneous projects in Aspen, Beaver Creek, and Palm Springs. A design installation can best be compared to moving into a new home. However, a remote installation requires months of planning and preparation prior to the move-in date. Whether we are designing a private residence for individual homeowners, small boutique hotels, or high-end vacation clubs, the process is remarkably similar. We’ve been a busy bunch, but bringing excellent interior design and high-quality furnishings to these locations is what keeps us creative and excited in our business.
The first step is a detailed analysis of the home. On our initial walk-through, we take hundreds of photos of the space, followed by precise measurements to build an architectural rendering. This allows us to create detailed floor plans for every room, mitigating potential errors. Windows are measured for window treatments and closets are measured for built-in units. No detail is left unnoticed, since the difficulties caused by planning oversights while on remote location could be insurmountable. Thankfully, our 17 years of experience as a design resource gives our clients full confidence in our capabilities.
Once the design scheme is in place, we develop a detailed presentation for our clients so they can see first-hand how we intend to transform their space. Once approved, we get to work!
A typical installation lasts several days to a week, depending on the scope of the project. HW Home has been fortunate enough to do hundreds of home installations over the past two decades. Our team has successfully completed projects in Italy, France, Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, and almost every Caribbean island.
