At HW Home, we are always looking for excuses to throw a fabulous soirée, and July 4th is the perfect opportunity to impress our party guests. If you want to stand out from the same old BBQs your neighbors are throwing, look no further. Toss out those dollar-store dishes and Solo cups; we have your party essentials covered. Let’s get started!
The development of the True line of furniture by HW Home was born out of necessity. After years of curating well-made and well-designed furnishings crafted by our wonderful manufacturers, the buying team at HW Home determined that not all of our customers’ needs were being fully met. In order to fill this void, we set out to create unique, high-quality furniture. In doing so, we have opened up a world of opportunity for our Colorado company, as well as for our customers.
Where does old furniture go when its owners no longer need it?
Every year, thousands of Coloradans treat themselves to wonderful new furnishings– king-sized beds, ornate dressers, and beautiful dining tables. And their old items have to go somewhere, right?
Depressingly, all too often that “somewhere” is the local dumpster. But don’t worry; we’ve found a much happier solution for all your surplus goods.
If you’ve been to our Cherry Creek store you may have met our design consultant, Jaeger. With his eye on design, Jaeger is one of our most passionate team members. Jaeger’s love for his work, and appreciation for our customers, fills up the room as soon as he steps into it.
Jaeger started working at HW Home around 5 years ago. Brand founder and owner Ron, told him the story about HW Home and their mission, explaining why their work is so valuable. Jaeger says, “I didn’t think that I actually had the ability to do what I do in people’s homes today. But I was wrong! I love my work here.”
Two weeks ago, our team made the trip out to Las Vegas for the twice-yearly furniture market. It may seem odd to mix a professional trip with a city full of vacationers, but I absolutely loved the palpable excitement and energy throughout the city. This was also my first time visiting Las Vegas (shocking, I know), so I was on sensory overload.
With the school year fast approaching, it’s time for home offices to start transitioning from vacation casual back to work mode. HW Home can help make that process beautiful and seamless—even inviting. We have an endless supply of unique accessories and timeless furniture to once again create a space that inspires creativity, supports efficiency, and helps you strike that work-life balance. Let us show you how simple it is to carve out a place and get down to work in style.
The HW Home aesthetic is rooted in luxurious details. And the Cucina collection of soaps and lotions from Fruits & Passion is no exception. Though they aren’t swoon-worthy pieces of furniture, you’ll love filling your kitchen with these inviting scents. Tried and true of our staff and customers, we take pride in stocking products like Cucina that exceed expectations and put a smile on our faces.
HW Home is a proud Colorado company, and throughout our 17 years we’ve forged relationships, developed our own line of furniture, and helped create beautiful homes in Colorado and around the world. We’ve grown immensely, and to accommodate our thriving business, we expanded beyond our Pearl Street location in Boulder to open stores in both the Landmark at Greenwood Village and Cherry Creek North. And now (drumroll please), we’re excited to announce that we will open our newest store in Fort Collins in late summer!
What if part of your job description included perusing a market full of brand new furniture, and choosing which pieces to bring home? Landmark store manager Lauren Cox did just that when she visited High Point Furniture Market this past fall with a team from HW Home. This market is the largest wholesale home furnishings trade show in the world! It features the newest products and the largest selection for retailers to choose from when deciding what they will sell for the next six months to a year. As this was her first furniture buying trip for HW Home, Lauren is excited to share her post-market recap on the blog today.
